Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is per item and the weight it costs to ship with the lowest price available. Many items have automatic reduced shipping or free shipping.

Where do you deliver?

United States and US territories only at this time.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Processing and fulfillment time is up to 14 business days. Missfit Nail Studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays, orders will not be touched these days.

Please note - if you have ordered from 10/1-10/9 the order will ship within 3-5 business days starting 10/10 - Victoria will not be available for orders, in person services, or via contact form. Everything will be resumed 10/10/24.

Can I change my delivery address?

Prior to fulfillment, YES but you must send an email with your order number, full name, and new shipping address to victoria@missfitnailstudio.com or use the contact form linked on this page.

How can I track my order?

All orders will receive tracking sent to you once fulfilled with the exception of Sizing and Shape kits- these ship via standard USPS postal and only contain a stamp.

REFUND POLICY

Regarding Press on nails

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Each person's nail beds, nail health, cuticle health, application process, and experience using the products will be different; we cannot guarantee that press on nails will work for everyone, as we cannot verify proper use and external factors that may effect the outcome.

Missfit Nail Studio LLC does guarantee that we are ready and willing to help troubleshoot and try to work out any issues you may have with our products! We will ask you to run us through your application process, and work it out with you to see what we could advise  to do differently. There are no questions that aren't worth asking, and we have absolutely no problem taking our time to get the product to work for you!

Regarding in person services

Missfit Nail Studio LLC does not offer refunds for in-person services under any circumstance. We will always confirm pricing post-consultation (included with every service) and will confirm clients are happy throughout the in-person services. Payment is due upon completion of any in-person service.

Regarding Crafts/Merch

Each craft is hand made and is subject to slight differences or blemishes. These items are made by Victoria and Bill and are often one-of-a-kind pieces that cannot be returned and re-sold to others. Due to this, there is no return/refund process for these. If your product shows up damaged, please utilize the contact form or email victoria@missfitnailstudio.com to discuss replacement options.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us via email at victoria@missfitnailstudio.com immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right!

For all damages and product issues, we have a 30-day contact window from date of delivery. After this 30 day window, we cannot guarantee replacements and/or refunds.

Order and Service Cancellations

Custom orders may not be cancelled for any reason, once these have been placed Missfit Nail Studio LLC begins working to fulfill these orders immediately.

Pre-made sets, crafts, and merch may still be able to be canceled if caught early enough. Please email victoria@missfitnailstudio.com immediately. Once orders receive tracking they are no longer eligible for cancelation.

In-person services may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancelations after 24 hours result in a required deposit for your next appointment that goes towards the final total. No shows to an appointment receive a ban and may no longer receive services at Missfit Nail Studio LLC.
